I read the sad news.
A Hero just flew away,
soaring into the deep blue skies.
Col. Theodore Wilson 'Ted' Guy,
I am not your biological son,
but in my heart you are my Viet Vet Daddy.
May God Bless the soul of my papa-san
and his fleeting star in the moonless nights,
so he could fly back
with his F-84's or F-4's to places he had been.
My Love and Gratitude to you, papa-san Ted.
My warmest regards to mama Linda and her loved ones.
I am a baby-san who was saved by you, my Viet Vet Hero.
